The 4-H meeting of the Country Pioneers started at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13 at the Colo Community Center. Emma Buchanan called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Jack McKinney.
The Secretary’s Report was read by Allison Geisinger. Morgan McEnany moved to approve the report and Sam McKinney seconded the motion.
The Treasurer’s Report was read and Sam McKinney moved to approve the report. The motion was seconded by Kenny Cutler.
Unfinished business was to re-enroll online and pay at the 4-H Extension office. There will be a $10 late fee after Dec. 1.
New business we talked about buying a brick for the 4-H Pathway for Craig McEnany. Zach Jamison moved that we buy a brick and the motion was seconded by Isabel Buchanan. Nov. 10 at 5 p.m. is our annual potluck which will be held at the church. Bring your own dishes and utensils. Officer elections were held for the positions of vice president, secretary, treasurer, reporter, historian and photographer. The newly elected officers are:

Treasurer- Grace Stalzer
Reporter- Isabel Buchanan
Historian- Emma Stalzer
Photographer- Jack McKinney
The meeting was adjourned at 4:38 p.m. Morgan McEnany moved to adjourn the meeting and Jack McKinney seconded the motion. The 4-H Pledge was led by Grace Stalzer.
