As it celebrates 20 years in business, Good & Quick in Nevada also has a new checkered flag business logo.

Nevada business owner Charlie Good is ready to celebrate 20 years in business in Nevada in 2014. He plans to mark this milestone by giving back to customers with promotions that are worth hundreds of dollars.

“Run To the Checkers” is what Good is calling his yearlong, 20th anniversary promotion. Checkers, he said, refer to the new logo for Good & Quick.

“I am very proud of our facility and my business and very thankful to the people of Nevada for helping me reach this milestone,” Good said. “It has not always been without headache, but it has been very satisfying to be part of Nevada for the past 20 years.”

Customers will want to watch for the ads and promotions this month. Here’s a “quick” rundown of what Good has in store:

Starting in December, customers can begin signing up for weekly drawings that will begin in January. Good & Quick will give away 15 gallons of fuel a week for the year. The business will also give away one classic oil change a month and two sets of tires (customer’s choice up to $450) — one set in March and one in August.

Every Friday, a name will be drawn for fuel and the customer will be contacted.

The second Friday of every month, the winners of the tires will be drawn.

All winners will have a month to redeem their prizes, and customers can sign up for the drawings as often as they want.

“There will be promotions, such as wine tasting events and other customer appreciation days,” Good said.

He goes on to explain that his goal is to be the leader in Nevada when it comes to fuels, which are 100 percent guaranteed with unleaded plus, premium, E-15, E-20, E-30, E-85 and diesel, “more fuels to offer than anyone else in the tri-county area,” Good said.

He also wants to celebrate being a leader in convenience. “We have the largest selection of items of any store in town, with the largest cooler with over 100 shelves of the coldest products in town.” Good said he also maintains the best prices on many store items and DVD rentals.

Another thing to celebrate, Good said, is that coming soon to his Good & Quick Tire and Auto Service will be front end alignment with state of the art equipment, administered by ASE certified techs. He expects this addition in early 2014.

Good said it is important to thank his valued employees as he celebrates his business milestone. Those employees and their time of service include Ryan Whitehead, 14 years; Matt Litchfield, three years; Mary Wild, two-and-a-half years; Niki Desher, one-and-a-half years; Stephanie Cryder, three-and-a-half years; Vicki Drinkall, one-and-a-half years; and Ginny Settle, six years.

“I want to thank everyone in Nevada,” Good said. “I am very proud of our facility and my business. It has been my commitment since I have been here in Nevada to offer the finest quality items and service at all times and that will not change. I look forward to the next 20 years.”
