Are your children bored? How about letting them try a different event that involves dressing up and learning about children from past history?
The Nevada Historical Society reminds parents that the registration deadline is Wednesday, July 9, for both the Halley Country School Day and the new Victorian Life Day. Both are summer camps offered at Historical Society properties in Nevada. School Camp is Wednesday, July 16 and the Victorian Life is July 23, also a Wednesday. Registrations can be picked up at the Historical Society’s musuem, 924 J Ave., or by calling Maxine Harms at 382-6703 or Marlys Swanson at 382-6911. You can register for one or both and the cost is $7 per child, per camp.
