Nominate graduates for Nevada’s Hall of Honor

The Nevada Community School District is again seeking applications for the Nevada Hall of Honor. The Nevada Community School Hall of Honor was established to recognize alumni who have distinguished themselves based upon academic excellence and achievement, career accomplishments, community service, personal excellence and dedication to lifelong learning. The criteria that an individual must meet to be considered for the Nevada Community Hall of Honor are:

1. A candidate will be considered for induction 10 years after graduating from Nevada High School, Fernald, Milford or Shipley High Schools.

2. A candidate must have made distinguished contributions and achieved outstanding recognition in his or her career or education.

Applications for the Nevada Hall of Honor can be obtained on the districts website, at the high school office or at the superintendent’s office. Applications will need to be returned to the high school office by Nov. 29 in order for the applicant to be considered for induction this year.
