Local students attend a Taekwondo Regional Tournament

Sr. Master Larry Edel is pleased to announce that five of his students at ATA Martial Arts chose to travel to Bellevue, Neb. to attend a Taekwondo Regional Tournament. This tournament was held in part of Honoring Grand Master In Ho Lee, 9th Degree Black Belt. Students could also participate in special taekwondo clinics led by Grandmaster In Ho Lee. Elizabeth has the Taekwondo rank of Camouflage Belt and earned third place in Sparring competition and second place in Combat Sparring Competition.

Payton has the Taekwondo rank of Red Belt and earned second place in Sparring competition, and first place in Combat Sparring Competition.

Benjamin has the Taekwondo rank of Red/Black Belt and earned third place in Forms competition, third place in Weapons Forms competition and third place in Combat Sparring Competition.

Jalen has the Taekwondo rank of second degree Black Belt and earned third place in Combat Sparring Competition.

Darien has the Taekwondo rank of second degree Black Belt and earned third place in Sparring competition and second place in Combat Sparring Competition.

All five of these students train with Sr. Master Larry Edel at Nevada’s ATA Martial Arts, 1121 Sixth St.
